Neil Cordiner
Managing Director
Over the last 40 years, Neil has worked in various industries including the Motor Trade, Waste Management, Property Development and Oil Service, now spending the majority of his time at Kerloch.
Taking over as Managing Director at the turn of the year, he now leads the management team into the company's next exciting chapter.

Jordon Brown
Sales Manager
Jordon joined Kerloch in early 2014 as a Planner after 4 years of full-time football and a stint at a local oil and gas company working in logistics. Has since progressed to Sales Executive and has been Sales Manager since March 2017.
Having been with the company through difficult periods for the industry, Jordon now has a vast level of experience in OCTG, boosted by the completion of a part time Bachelor of Arts Business Management degree, and leads the sales and customer engagement side of the business.

Jim Alexander
HSEQ Manager
Having served 27 years in the Royal Navy as an Above Water Weapons Specialist, Jim focused on the Health & Safety sector on his departure from the Navy, his previous employment involved him in instructing various Health and Safety subjects such as NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Wardens, Confined Space Entry and COSHH Assessor to name but a few.
He leads a team of five QA/QC Inspectors who conduct the daily Quality Assurance/Control aspects at Kerloch.

Paula Geraghty
Business Support Manager
Paula has over 10 years’ experience within business support across various industries, combined with an honours degree in Business Management, she has a broad range of knowledge and skills which have enabled Paula to effectively manage and motivate her team to ensure the support function of the business is delivered to a high standard.

Sian Robertson
Operations Assistant
Sian is our operations assistant and joined the team in 2019. Sian holds a HND in communications and in 2016 completed a Bachelor (Hons) degree in media.
After which she spent 2 years working and travelling, spending most of her time living in Australia. Sian has a wide range of knowledge and skills which are used daily to ensure a professional high standard of work.

Stephen Taylor
Operations Manager
We are delighted to announce that Stephen Taylor has been appointed the new Operations manager at Kerloch Oil Tools. Stephen has 35 years’ experience working in the Oil and Gas sector.
He brings with him extensive knowledge and experience which includes Service & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing as well as General/Operations Management and Operational Excellence. From all at Kerloch welcome to the team

Graeme Ross
Production Manager
Graeme has over 17 years of experience in manufacturing with 15 in the Oil and gas sector.
Having joined Kerloch in 2012 as a machinist after 7 years with a global Oil and Gas company working in Completions, he has extensive knowledge and experience which has been key to his progression into the management team here at Kerloch. Graeme’s focus is on improving productivity, efficiency and continual improvement using lean manufacturing principles and 5’s management.

Ryan Strachan
Senior QA/QC Inspector
Ryan joined Kerloch in June 2014 initially as QA/QC Inspector, Ryan has previous experience with NDT, OCTG manufacturing and repair. In October 2017 Ryan accepted his new role of quality senior QA/QC essentially supervising the quality department. His key strengths are gauging, audits, continual improvement, and a sharp eye for detail. Since 2017 the quality department have year on year improved its objectives, internal findings, and audit scores. Ryan has helped recruit, train, and expand a busy working squad from 2 members in 2017 to 6 in 2020.
